Whenever I find myself making the same recipe over and over again, I know it’s time to share it with you all.  This Easy Strawberry Balsamic Salad has been my lunch every day for the last week!  At first I thought it was way too simple to share, but then I completely changed my mind because SIMPLE is what we do here at Lovely Little Kitchen!  The simpler the better, right?  And lunch is always the worst for me – I never want to take the time to make something healthy and delicious because I don’t want to get out of my to-do list groove.

A bowl of Easy Strawberry Balsamic Salad.

But since we are literally talking about just a few minutes to pull this amazing Easy Balsamic Strawberry Salad together, I can make it happen for lunch all the time!  All you need to do is add some baby greens, crumbled feta (buy the whole block and crumble it yourself with a fork, it’s way better than the pre-crumbled stuff), quartered strawberries, and sunflower seeds.  We’ve got sweet, crunchy, and tangy all working together to make a party in your mouth.  You’ll love it!

Then we add some sea salt and freshly ground pepper, a drizzle of avocado oil, and some balsamic glaze.  I buy mine at Trader Joe’s.  It’s just balsamic vinegar that has been reduced, so it is thicker and sweeter.  You’ll want to put it on everything!  Toss everything together and tell me how much you love it!  Have a great weekend friends!
