- 1 banana
- 5 frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 cup milk or almond milk
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1 tablespoon strawberry jam
- Blend all ingredients. You may need to add more liquid as you go, depending on the type of blender you have.
