If you love dipping apple slices in peanut butter, try this dip lightened up with Greek yogurt. Snack away!

  • 1 1/2 cups plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup salted peanuts, chopped

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together yogurt, heavy cream, and brown sugar until smooth. Add creamy peanut butter and whisk until well incorporated. Spoon the dip into a serving bowl and top with chopped peanuts. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Goes well with sliced apples and pretzels.

Adapted from Cooking Classy. How to Keep Sliced Apples from Browning. If you have flavored, sweetened Greek yogurt on hand, leave out half of the brown sugar.
