Description
Reminiscent of those crispy, cinnamon sugary chips I used to get from Taco Bell as a kid, but baked instead of fried!
Ingredients

Cinnamon Crisps
- 3 flour tortillas (soft taco size)
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Cream Strawberry Dip
- 3/4 cup whole milk plain Greek yogurt
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- splash of vanilla extract
- 2 cups diced strawberries, stems and hull removed
Instructions
Cinnamon Crisps
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Lay tortillas out on a baking sheet. Brush the top with melted butter. Sprinkle with half of the cinnamon sugar. Flip the tortillas over and repeat on the other side, using the remaining butter and cinnamon sugar.
- Using a pizza slicer, cut each tortilla into 8 triangles. Arrange in an even layer on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, and then allow to cool on the baking sheet.
Creamy Strawberry Dip
- In a medium bowl, mix Greek yogurt, brown sugar, and vanilla together until smooth. Stir in diced strawberries, reserving about 1/4 cup to garnish the dip.
