This Summer Fruit Salad is light and refreshing, with a delicious Coconut Lime Yogurt topping!
Ingredients

For the Coconut Lime Yogurt Topping
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
- zest of 1/2 a lime
- 3 packets Born Sweet Zing
- 1/4 teaspoon coconut
- 3/4 cups plain yogurt
For the Summer Fruit Salad
- 1 cantelope, scooped into balls
- 1 cup strawberry halves
- 2 kiwi fruits, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
Instructions
For the Coconut Lime Yogurt Topping
- In a small bowl, mix lime juice and lime zest with Born Sweet Zing until dissolved. Stir in yogurt. Garnish with additional lime zest if desired.
For the Summer Fruit Salad
- Add all of the fruit to a large bowl and mix. Scoop into individual bowls and top with Coconut Lime Yogurt.
