Description

Kind of like those no-bake cookies you loved as a kid, only a little healthier.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2/3 cup chocolate almond spread
  • 1/4 cup honey or light Karo syrup
  • 1 1/2 cups oats
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon milk

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and pulse until a thick paste is formed.
  2. Using a small scoop, make 1 inch balls, packing them firmly into the scoop, and place on a Silpat or parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  3. Chill for 1-2 hours until the balls are set. Place in storage container and keep refrigerated.
