Description
Kind of like those no-bake cookies you loved as a kid, only a little healthier.
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup chocolate almond spread
- 1/4 cup honey or light Karo syrup
- 1 1/2 cups oats
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon milk
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and pulse until a thick paste is formed.
- Using a small scoop, make 1 inch balls, packing them firmly into the scoop, and place on a Silpat or parchment paper lined baking sheet.
- Chill for 1-2 hours until the balls are set. Place in storage container and keep refrigerated.
