Two easy ingredients and you’ve got one tasty summertime treat!


  • 1/2 cup Salted Caramel Ice Cream or Gelato (I have used Trader Joe’s and Haagen Daz brand)
  • 1 cup Sparkling Apple Cider
  • Whipped Cream
  • Caramel Ice Cream Topping


  1. Scoop ice cream into a glass and pour over sparkling apple cider. Top with whipped cream and caramel if desired.
