- 2 cups ketchup
- 3 tablespoon dark brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire
- 3 teaspoons liquide smoke
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 4 tablespoons butter
- pinch of cayenne pepper
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Stir all ingredients together in a medium sauce pan on medium high heat, stirring frequently. When the sauce comes to a simmer, turn the heat down to medium low and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Refrigerate until ready to use.
