- 3/4 cups milk
- 2 shots espresso
- 3 dates, pitted
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- pinch of salt
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Instructions
- Add ice, milk, espresso, dates, almond butter, and salt to the pitcher of a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy on high power. Add extra milk if too thick.
- Add vanilla protein powder and blend on low until incorporated.
