Description

This Copycat Sprouts Date Coffee Smoothie is so creamy and delicious. Plus it’s packed with protein and fiber to keep you full and energized!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups ice
  • 3/4 cups milk
  • 2 shots espresso
  • 3 dates, pitted
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder


Instructions

  1. Add ice, milk, espresso, dates, almond butter, and salt to the pitcher of a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy on high power. Add extra milk if too thick.
  2. Add vanilla protein powder and blend on low until incorporated.
